  • University of Ulster secure 3 year sponsorship deal with CEMEX NI

  • CEMEX NI has pledged its support to the University of Ulster Jordanstown's soccer team committing to a three-year sponsorship deal which will see the team with new kits, as it enters another promising season in the National Amateur League.


    CEMEX NI, a leading producer and supplier of materials, products and services used primarily in the construction industry, has aligned itself with several major sporting teams events in the past throughout Northern Ireland, including Uel Duncan Racing and Down Royal Racecourse.

    Commenting on the sponsorship CEMEX NI Regional Director Paul Connolly said;

    "The University of Ulster Jordanstown soccer side approached us to sponsor the team and we were keen to show our support and contribute to the local university. CEMEX NI has enjoyed successful affiliations with a number of sporting events throughout Northern Ireland and prides itself on supporting the local community.

    We are aware that the team has enjoyed success over the past few years and we at CEMEX NI wish them the very best in their bid to top the league in the coming season."

    Richard Murphy, Captain of the University of Ulster soccer team said;
